In una bella enoteca dai muri in pietra che offre servizio di cucina i giovedì e venerd, profumi e sapori siciliani che rivelano le origini dello chef. Per quanto insolito tra i monti sudtirolesi, l'esperimento è riuscito con qualche incertezza. Ambiente elegante anche se chiassoso, servizio premuroso e attento.
