I proprietari volevano creare uno spazio che rendesse omaggio alla mamma e raffigurasse la sua regione e le montagne friulane. Il locale ha un tocco femminile con i colori dei tessuti e la forma dei mobili. E' possibile vedere gli chef all'opera in cucina. Le origini dello chef Francesco, sono romane, i suoi piatti gustosi emanano generosità. Locale vivace e accogliente.
