Gestita dalla stessa famiglia da tempo immemorabile, La Stella, ora Stella del Gusto, è un punto fermo per chi sale da Maranello verso Serramazzoni nell'Appennino Modenese. Da sempre è meta consolidata dei tanti motociclisti che si cimentano sui tornanti montani. La trattoria ha una cucina di tipo familiare con l'uso di materie prime prodotte dalla famiglia o da produttori locali. Ambiente e servizio sono rimasti rustici anche se Mauro, il proprietario, ha introdotto migliorie per ospitare più clienti. Ottimi primi piatti serviti in abbondanza,la qualità dello gnocco e crescentine e le buonissime torte della casa.
