La Delegazione della Versilia Storica organizza il 3° Concorso Enogastronomico  Accademia Italiana della Cucina - Delegazione Versilia Storica. Il premio è riservato agli allievi frequentanti la classe 3^ (Cucina, Pasticceria) e agli allievi del biennio post-qualifica del settore Cucina dell' I.P.S.S.A.R. “G. Marconi” - sede di Seravezza, per premiare gli studenti, futuri interpreti delle tradizioni gastronomiche locali.

 

La premiazione verrà effettuata il 17 Maggio 2013 alle ore 18.00 presso Villa Bertelli di Forte dei Marmi.
