Eataly combina una gastronomia con un risotorante, permettendo di acquistare o degustare in loco prodotti e piatti importati specificatamente dall'Italia: dalla piadina alle mozzarelle, dai biscotti krumiri alle paste della Garofalo, dal pane carasau a olii di oliva di varie marche. Il ristorante è ampio e molto pulito, benché un poco asettico. La qualità dei piatti gustati è media, non in linea con quella trovata presso gli altri negozi della catena in giro per il mondo: cotture non precise, condimenti insoddisfacenti per qualità o quantità e dolci zuccherati oltre i limiti dello stucchevole
