Tallinn, in Estonia, now has a new Academic Legation. Its Legate is Luca Tagliaretti, Francoforte Academician since 2015, who embarked on this new venture to disseminate the Academy’s name and principles thanks to the invaluable mentorship of Delegate Laura Melara-Dürbeck. Tagliaretti, who relocated to Tallinn last spring, is the Executive Vice-Director of the European Agency eu-LISA, specialised in large-scale IT systems operations.
