Following the new government’s accession, Francesco Lollobrigida has been appointed Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry (MASAF). Desirous of confirming and implementing the extant Memorandum of Understanding with the Italian Academy of Cuisine, signed by the then Undersecretary Gian Marco Centinaio, President Paolo Petroni and Secretary-General Roberto Ariani had an interesting and fruitful meeting with the lawyer Sergio Marchi, the Ministry’s new Technical Secretariat chief and a close collaborator to the Minister.
Marchi learned about our activities, greatly appreciated our publications, and urged a meeting in the near future to determine concrete cooperative actions to support Made in Italy products.
