On Tuesday 21 December, President Paolo Petroni and Secretary-General Roberto Ariani met undersecretary Gian Marco Centinaio at the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies in Rome to discuss the Academy’s activities and projects to protect our rich culinary tradition. On this occasion, the President presented the volume History of Italian Cuisine in Comics, and the undersecretary appreciated its contents and graphics. Gian Marco Centinaio wrapped up the meeting by reiterating his appreciation for the Academy’s passionate commitment for over sixty-eight years to defend high-quality Italian cuisine in Italy and abroad.
