This website and the campaign Nutri la tua voglia di riso (‘Feed your love of rice’) use an interesting, dynamic interface to inform, arouse curiosity and raise awareness about rice culture and the many ways in which this delicious, versatile ingredient fits into modern lifestyles.
The portal also includes a selection of recipes created in collaboration with several Italian chefs aiming to bring out the best in each distinctive rice variety.
