La Delegazione di Verona, in collaborazione con la Società Letteraria di Verona, promuove il convegno “La Filosofia del Gusto nel bicentenario della scomparsa di Brillat-Savarin”, dedicato alla figura di Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, magistrato, politico e filosofo del gusto, autore della celebre opera "Fisiologia del gusto o meditazioni di gastronomia trascendente", divenuta un classico della letteratura gastronomica.

Il Convegno si svolgerà il giorno 17 aprile 2026.
L’inizio dei lavori è previsto per le ore 17:30 e, a chiusura del Convegno, seguirà una riunione conviviale a tema.
