La Delegazione della Versilia Storica organizza il Concorso Enogastronomico sul tema “IL RISO, IL MAIS E GLI ALTRI CEREALI” riservato agli allievi delle classi 3ª,4ª,5ª del settore cucina e sala-bar dell' I.S.I. “G. Marconi” - sede di Seravezza.
La prova pratica si svolgerà nella mattinata del 17 maggio 2024 e nel pomeriggio alle ore 15,30 si terrà la premiazione nella sala “Cosimo I“ presso Palazzo Mediceo di Seravezza alla presenza delle autorità locali e della commissione giudicatrice.
